Some of us like a fiction book, others love romantic novel and others like horror books. Every book can open our eyes but every once in a while we come across a book that hurdles us into a state of self-reflection and changes our mindset.

The Kite Runner

It is an emotional and poignant novel built around the themes of friendship, betrayal, guilt and redemption.

Guilt is a difficult beast to handle and sooner or later the time to terms with the past and their mistakes comes for everyone. The lesson you learn is that it is possible to redeem oneself trough good deeds and become a good person.
